AZM 475271
Chemical Name: N-(2-Chloro-5-methoxyphenyl)-6-methoxy
Purity: ≥99%
Biological Activity
AZM 475271 is a src tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Reduces tumor size, vascularity and metastasis, and increases apoptosis in human pancreatic cells grown in nude mice. Also exhibits antiangiogenic activity in vitro and in vivo. Sensitizes tumor cells to the cytotoxic effects of gemcitabine (Cat. No. 3259).Technical Data
