Biological Activity
Triacsin C is an inhibitor of acyl-CoA synthetase. Inhibits lipid synthesis and cell proliferation in Raji lymphoma cells. Induces apoptosis in cancer cell lines and inhibits human lung cancer cell xenograft tumor growth in mice.Technical Data
