Biological Activity
THIP hydrochloride is a systemically active GABAA receptor agonist and GABAA-ρ receptor antagonist. Displays antinociceptive, anticonvulsant and sedative effects. Hypnotic agent that enhances delta activity within non-REM sleep in rats.Technical Data
