Detection of Rat IgG Control by Flow Cytometry J774A.1 mouse reticulum cell sarcoma macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse GM-CSF Ra Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB6130G, filled histogram) or Rat IgG Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Isotype Control Antibody (Catalog # IC006G, open histogram). Our NorthernLights fluorescent secondary antibodies are bright and resistant to photobleaching. We are currently offering secondary antibodies recognizing mouse, rat, goat, sheep, and rabbit IgG as well as chicken IgY. These reagents are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multi-color fluorescence microscopy.
