Western blot shows detection of Rat Anti-Human/Mouse Wnt-5a Monoclonal Antibody (MAB645) using a 1:1000 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Detection of Rat IgG Primary Antibody by Immunohistochemistry. Detection of Vimentin in human kidney using 5 ug/mL of Rat monoclonal anti-human Vimentin primary antibody (MAB2105) followed by 30 min incubation with Goat anti Rat HRP conjugated secondary antibodies (Catalog # HAF005) at 1:20 dilution + DAB chromogen (brown). The tissue was counterstained with Hematoxylin (blue). Control was done by omitting primary antibody.
