NGI 1
Chemical Name: 5-[(Dimethylamino)sulfonyl]-N-(5-methyl-2-thiazolyl)-2-(1-pyrrolidinyl)benzamide
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
NGI 1 is an oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) inhibitor; anti-flaviviral. Inhibits dengue, Zika, West Nile, and yellow fever viruses by blocking viral RNA replication (EC50 values are 0.85 and 2.2 μM for DENV and ZIKV inhibition, respectively). Selectively arrests proliferation of non-small-cell lung cancer cells that are dependent on EGFR or FGFR for survival.Technical Data
