Biological Activity
Nelarabine is a nucleoside analog. Metabolized by adenosine deaminase to active metabolite, arabinofuranosylguanine (ara-G). Inhibits DNA synthesis and induces apoptosis. Inhibits growth of human T cell lymphoblastic leukemia cells in vitro and in vivo.Technical Data
