Detection of Mouse IgG Control by Flow Cytometry Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Orexin R2/HCRTR2 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC5246A, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG APC-conjugated Isotype Control Antibody (Catalog # IC003A, open histogram). Our NorthernLights fluorescent secondary antibodies are bright and resistant to photobleaching. We are currently offering secondary antibodies recognizing mouse, rat, goat, sheep, and rabbit IgG as well as chicken IgY. These reagents are available with three distinct excitation and emission maxima, making them ideal for multi-color fluorescence microscopy.
