Detection of Mouse IgG1 Primary Antibody by Anti-Mouse IgG1-specific Secondary Antibody. Human PBMC lymphocytes were stained with Mouse anti-HumanCD3 epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB100, Mouse IgG1 isotype, filled histogram), or Mouse anti-Human CD8 alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1509, Mouse IgG2B isotype, open histogram), followed by Rabbit anti-Mouse IgG1-specific PE-conjugated secondary antibody (Catalog #FAB9627P).
