Detection of CD69 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were (A) cultured with plate-bound anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies overnight, or (B) unstimulated, then stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD69 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2386A) and Rat anti-Mouse CD4 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB554P).
