Biological Activity

ML 141 is an allosteric inhibitor of Cdc42 GTPase (EC50 = 2.1 μM). Selective for Cdc42 over other members of the Rho GTPase family including Rac1, Rab2 and Rab7. Inhibits ovarian cancer cell migration in vitro.
