Biological Activity
IWP L6 is a potent inhibitor of Porcupine (PORCN), a membrane-bound O-acyltransferase (MBOAT) (EC50 = 0.5 nM). Shown to inhibit Wnt-dependent processes such as tailfin regeneration and posterior axis formation in zebrafish; also reduces branching morphogenesis in cultured mouse embryonic kidneys.Technical Data
