IWP 12 is a potent inhibitor of Porcupine (PORCN), a membrane-bound O-acyltransferase (MBOAT) (IC50 = 15 nM). Inhibits Wnt/β-catenin and Wnt/planar cell polarity (PCP) signaling pathways. Blocks zebrafish tailfin regeneration in vivo.Technical Data
