Isoginkgetin
Chemical Name: 8-[5-(5,7-Dihydroxy-4-oxo-4H-1-benzopyran-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenyl]-5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4H-1-benzopyran-4-one
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
Isoginkgetin is a pre-mRNA splicing inhibitor (IC50 ~ 30 μM); inhibits major and minor spliceosomes. Suppresses transcriptional elongation. Blocks spliceosome-mediated splicing process at the pre-spliceosome/A complex stage. Does not inhibit CDK9. Inhibits tumor cell invasion. Active in vivo. Cell permeableTechnical Data
