Scientific Data
Detection of VCAM‑1/CD106 in HuT 78 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. HuT 78 human cutaneous T cell lymphoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human VCAM-1/CD106 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB5649P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003P, open histogram). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
Preparation and Storage
- 12 months from date of receipt, 2 to 8 °C as supplied.
Background: VCAM-1/CD106
Vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1) is expressed on the surface of activated endothelial cells and macrophages. It binds to leukocyte integrins VLA-4 and alpha 4 beta 7 to promote leukocyte adhesion at sites of inflamed vasculature.
