Detection of Human TNFRII in Human whole blood granulocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human whole blood granulocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human TNFRII Phycoerythrin Monoclonal Antibody (FAB11226P, filled histogram) or Mouse IgG2A Isotype Control (IC003P, open histogram). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.

Background: TNF RII/TNFRSF1B
TNF RII is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein primarily expressed on hematopoietic cells and is designated TNFRSF1B. TNF RII is a high-affinity receptor for TNF‑ alpha and TNF-beta. A soluble form of the receptor generated by proteolytic cleavage functions as a TNF antagonist.
