Detection of CCL3/MIP‑1 alpha in Raw264.7 cells treated with 1ug/ml LPS and 3uM Monensin overnight by Flow Cytometry Raw264.7 cells treated with 1 μg/ml LPS and 3uM Monensin overnight were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CCL3/MIP‑1 alpha Alexa Fluor 488‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC450G, filled histogram) or, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). • Background: IL-5

IL-5 is a disulfide-linked homodimeric cytokine that is secreted by T cells. IL-5 promotes the proliferation, differentation, and activation of eosinophils. It binds to a receptor complex consisting of one IL-5 specific alpha chain and one non-binding common beta chain that is shared with the receptors for GM-CSF and IL-3.
