Detection of IgG₁in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Human Fc Chimera by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either human Fc Chimera (filled histogram) or irrelevant transfectants (open histogram) was stained with Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB110B), followed by Streptavidin-Allophycocyanin (F0050). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (FC005).
