A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line was stained with Human Anti-Human EGF R/ErbB1 (Research Grade Cetuximab Biosimilar) Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB9577B, filled histogram) or irrelevant biotinylated antibody (open histogram) followed by APC-conjugated Streptavidin (Catalog # F0050). EGFR in A431 Human Cell Line. EGFR was detected in unfixed live A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line using Human Anti-Human EGFR (Research Grade Cetuximab Biosimilar) Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB9577B) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane and cytoplasm.
