Detection of EGFR in A431 cells by Flow Cytometry. A431 cells were stained with Human Anti-Human EGFR F(ab')2 (Research Grade Cetuximab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9577-fab2, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # 1-001-A, open histogram), followed by Goat Anti-Human IgG Allophycocyanin (Catalog # F0135). Preparation and Storage

Reconstitution

Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Shipping

Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Stability & Storage

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Background: EGFR

Cetuximab is a biosimilar directed against the extracellular domain of EGFR. This product constitutes the immunogen used for the anti-Idiotype catalog number MAB9626. The biotinylated antibody (catalog number FAB9577B) can be used in flow cytometry or various assay format to measure EGFR expression and can be detected by conjugated streptavidin.
