Detection of CD8 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD8 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3802) or (B) Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MAB002), followed by PE-conjugated anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody (F0102B) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB100A). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.
