Detection of CD7 in Human PBMC lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human CD19^- PBMC lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3e APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB100A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD7 Biotinylated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB7579B) or (B) Mouse IgG2B Isotype Control (IC0041B) followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Streptavidin (F0040). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane Proteins protocol.
