Scientific Data
Detection of CCR1 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD14 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CCR1 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB145P) or (B) Mouse IgG2BPhycoerythrin Isotype Control (Catalog # IC0041P). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
Preparation and Storage
- 12 months from date of receipt, 2 to 8 °C as supplied.
Background: CCR1
CCR1 is a 7 transmembrane domain chemokine receptor expressed on T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and eosinophils. It binds the chemokines CCL3, 4, 5, and 7.
