Detection of CCR1 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD14 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3832A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CCR1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB145R) or (B) Mouse IgG2B Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB0041) followed by anti-Mouse IgG PE-conjugated Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B). Preparation and Storage
- 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied.

CCR1 is a 7 transmembrane domain chemokine receptor expressed on T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and eosinophils. It binds the chemokines CCL3, 4, 5, and 7.
