Direct ELISA

This antibody can be used at 0.5‑1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Adiponectin/Acrp30. The detection limit for recombinant human Adiponectin is approximately 3 ng/well.

Preparation and Storage

Reconstitution

Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
