Biological Activity

HTMT dimaleate is a H1 and H2 receptor agonist. 4x104 times more active than histamine in H2-mediated effects in natural suppressor cells. Increases intracellular Ca2+ and IP3 in lymphocytes through a binding site other than H1, H2 or H3.
