EN67, phenol is a UBE2D building block. It covalently binds with the allosteric C111 residue on E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes UBE2D. It can be used in targeted protein degraders to degrade neo-substrate targets, including the target proteins BRD4 and androgen receptor, in a UBE2D-dependent manner.Usage Guidelines
