D609
Chemical Name: O-(Octahydro-4,7-methano-1H-inden-5-yl) carbonopotassium dithioate
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
D609 is a selective competitive phosphatidyl choline-specific phospholipase C (PC-PLC) inhibitor (Ki = 6.4 μM); antiviral and antitumor agent. Also inhibits sphingomyelin synthase. Suppresses LPS- and IFNγ-induced NO production (IC50 = 20 mg/ml) and blocks oxidative glutamate toxicity in nerve cells. Antioxidant in vivo.Technical Data
