Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
Bryostatin 1 is a protein kinase C (PKC) activator that binds with high affinity (Ki = 1.35 nM). Initially activates and subsequently induces downregulation of PKC isozymes. Sensitizes tumor cells to cytotoxic effects of anticancer agents. Restores hippocampal synapses and spatial learning and memory in an in vivo model of fragile X syndrome.Technical Data
