Bay 11-7085
Chemical Name: (2E)-3-[[4-(1,1-Dimethylethyl)phenyl]sulfonyl]-2-propenenitrile
Purity: ≥98%
Biological Activity
Bay 11-7085 is an irreversible inhibitor of TNF-α-stimulated IκBα phosphorylation (IC50 ~ 10 μM); leads to decreased NF-κB and subsequent decreased expression of adhesion molecules. Also reversibly activates MAP kinases and stimulates apoptosis. Anti-inflammatory in vivo.Technical Data
