ATN 161
Purity: ≥95%
Biological Activity
ATN 161 is a α5β1 integrin receptor antagonist. Reduces liver metastasis and improves survival in combination with 5-FU (Cat. No. 3257) in a mouse model of colon cancer. Reduces MLL tumor growth in rats and decreases tumor volume of human MDA-MB-231 cell xenografts in mice.Technical Data
